If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review the situation and, upon verification, happily offer you the choice of either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
If your order appears to be lost during transit and hasn't been delivered within the estimated shipping window, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. After verifying the issue, we'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
If your package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if the package goes unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment. Please note, you'll be responsible for the reshipment costs.
As all products are personalised and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. Please carefully review size guides available on each product page before placing your order. In some cases we may be able to offer a partial refund for the item cost however you will be charged for the outgoing and return shipping cost.
